Featherbed is a one-tap sleep app. You don't need an account to use it, and most people never give us anything at all. Here's exactly what we keep, where it lives, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
Your sound choices — which sound you picked and whether you listen on a speaker or headphones. They're kept in a cookie in your own browser (and in its local storage) so the next night is still one tap. They never leave your device.
Usage analytics — which pages are visited and which steps people take (tapping Sleep, picking a sound, playing a preview, opening the offer). These events carry a random id kept in a cookie, never your name or email, and we don't store your IP address. We collect them ourselves — no analytics company, no ad networks — to make the product better, not to follow you around the internet.
Your email address, only if you give it to us: when you join the waitlist, when you subscribe, or when you ask for a sign-in link. If you join the waitlist we also note the sound you were mixing and the random analytics id from that browser, so we can count sign-ups.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and only to Stripe — we never see it, and we never store it. What we keep is that your subscription exists and its status, keyed to the email you paid with, plus your sleep track if you save one.
Where it lives
The site runs on Vercel. Our database is hosted by Railway. Audio is served from Cloudflare. Sign-in emails are sent by Google Firebase. Access is limited to what the product needs to work.
What we send you
Sign-in links when you ask for them, receipts from Stripe when you pay, and — if you joined the waitlist — a note when your own sleep track is ready. Nothing else.
Under 13
Featherbed is made for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect anything from them.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't rent it or trade it, and there are no ad pixels on this site. That's the whole arrangement.
Deleting your data
Clear your browser's cookies and site data for featherbed.app and your sound choices and analytics id are gone. To delete your email, waitlist entry, subscription record or saved sleep track, write to support@1guide.co from that address — a human runs the deletion. Stripe keeps the transaction records the law requires them to keep.
