Featherbed is a one-tap sleep app with an optional subscription. The deal is simple, so these terms can be too.
Featherbed is a service operated by Soki World LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Soki World LLC.
What's free
The Sleep button, the four sounds and a 15-minute session, every night. No account needed.
Your own sleep track
The subscription is $4.99 a month (plus any tax shown at checkout). It includes the full sound library, longer sessions, and mixing your own sleep track, which becomes your Sleep button. It renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from Manage subscription — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. On your statement the charge shows as FEATHERBED.
Your subscription is for you and your own use. Please don't resell it or share the audio.
Refunds
If it isn't for you, email support@1guide.co within 7 days of your first charge, from the address you paid with, and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason.
What Featherbed is (and isn't)
Featherbed plays sound designed to help you fall asleep. It is not medical advice, not a treatment, and not a substitute for a professional. If your sleep trouble is persistent or worrying, see a doctor.
Your access
There are no passwords: your subscription is tied to the email you paid with, and sign-in works by links we email you. Keep that inbox yours — anyone who can read your email can open your subscription.
The usual legal basics
We work to keep the product available and worth what you pay, and we don't promise perfection: the service is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last twelve months. If we update these terms, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, where Soki World LLC is organized.
